COE Office of the Institution

• Distributes the academic schedule as given by Controller of Examination, Anna University, Chennai
• Arrange / update relevant data in AUC web portal as per COE, Anna University instructions
• Monitor the continuous assessment tests
• Conducts end semester examinations as per university norms / guidelines

Sub-Committee (Internal Assessment Tests)

• Preparing Internal Assessment Time Table with approval of HOD/Principle/College COE
• Conducts and monitors the internal exams
• Takes care of invigilation duties and seating arrangements
• Monitors the evaluation of the answer scripts and uploads the marks and attendance in the Anna University web portal as per schedule given by University
• Maintains the records of the internal examinations like attendance and invigilation duties
