Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) of our institute has been constituted as per the recommendations of the regulatory bodies to deal with complaints relating to sexual harassment at work place.
ICC has in-built mechanism for gender sensitisation against sexual harassment. The Committee complies with the procedures prescribed in the regulation for making a complaint, inquiring into the complaint and taking appropriate action in a time bound manner. This cell aims at sensitizing the students and staff to work diligently to prevent sexual harassment in the college. Complaints of sexual harassment shall be lodged with the Committee and appropriate disciplinary action is initiated by the members in accordance to the prescribed guidelines.

Mechanism to address the complaints.
Procedure to be followed
The Grievance Redressal Committee was formed with the goal of resolving student grievances. Students may lodge their grievances online by logging-in using the weblink of the institute’s web portal. Students can also register their grievances in writing and dropping them in the boxes kept at various locations inside the campus.
The Committee will meet periodically and also as and when needed and take appropriate measures/solutions to the grievances raised. All students of our college have access to the Grievance Redressal mechanism to voice their concerns about ragging menace, sexual harassment, academic matters, health services, improving basic amenities and other central services. An effective grievance redressal mechanism improves stakeholder relationships and satisfaction.

Process of addressing the Complaints
Our institute ensures zero tolerance towards ragging as prescribed in the policy guidelines of regulatory bodies/university. Anti-Ragging Committee is the supervisory and advisory body on matters of planning action and preserving ragging-free environment in the campus. Anti-Ragging Committee will sensitise the students about the evils of ragging and as a punishable offence. Posters on anti-ragging are displayed at prominent places inside the campus.
