The Exploitation of the Laboratory

The laboratories were fulfilled as per the university curriculum. The laboratory equipment in the core engineering laboratory needs calibration at regular intervals and when needed in between, if necessary.

The breakage or any problem in equipment and machinery was identified by lab technicians and it was maintained by breakage register. The stock register was checked every year through internal auditing. The issue register was maintained by the lab technicians when conducting lab hours.

Once External maintenance/service is completed, HOD/Supervisor needs to verify the acquired service with the help of technicians and then collect the bill from a service provider, fill the cash voucher available in Administrative office and get approval from Administrative officer and principal then gave it to the cashier to claim the bill amount.

Preservation of Laboratory

They were maintained and calibrated regularly. All the laboratories are spacious and dirt free. Do and Don’ts / safety precautions are displayed in each laboratory and every equipment in the lab is records of the same are maintained. All necessary software like Microsoft Office, browser, lab software, and antivirus software is installed and maintained.
